  • If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, you can return it and receive a full refund.

    Please email postertherapy@postertherapy.com with your order number within 14 days of receiving your package to arrange a return.

    We ask that you kindly cover the cost of return shipping. Much love!

  • If a package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to our studio,
    we are happy to reship, but ask that you pay the for the additional shipping cost.

    Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order and provide complete contact details.

    We are not liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service (domestically or internationally), and we are not
    liable for any damage incurred post-delivery, such as package theft.
